Aubocassa is made of 100% arbequina olives. Produced on the eastern side of Majorca on an ancient estate that still cultivates about 8,000 olive trees. It take over 17 lbs to produce 1 liter of this rich buttery oil. Use for finishing - perfect on fish. |
