Rustichella Pasta - Organic Linguine

Italian for little tongues, Linguine is a long, narrow, flat noodles sometimes referred to as flat spaghetti. It is a half a centimeter in width. This pasta can be dried or fresh; and usually served with butter and cheese, or cream-based sauces, such as cream, peas and prosciutto.

Like all Rustichella pasta, linguine is made with stone ground organic winter wheat, pure well water and extruded through 150-year-old bronze dies, the same way it has been made for more than a century.
