One of Rustichella d'Abruzzo's special artisan pastas, Torchio's shape is reminiscent of a torch. This shape cooks unevenly showing off the diverse texture of the pasta. This unique pasta is made from only the finest Abruzzo stone-ground durum wheat flour and pure spring water. Torchio is ideal served with a thick ragu.
