We've finally found [to-be-boiled-first] lasagne sheet noodles that are flavorful & thin, yet strong enough to support all kinds of ingredients--cheese, sauce, veggies, meat--within the various layers. Furthermore, these actually fit most baking dishes, and one package yields a sufficient number of sheets for a standard 13 x 9 casserole.

These are egg-based pasta sheets, which differ from non-egg-based sheets in several respects: they cook more quickly; they taste lighter & springier like a homemade noodle, yet handle more easily without tearing; and they have a deeper yellow, less pallid color to them.
