Roasted Bell Peppers With Anchovies and Garlic - 4 servings

Roasted Bell Pepper

Ingredients:
4 large red, yellow or orange peppers
8 anchovy fillets, cut in half
1-2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
Grape seed or olive oil, for brushing
Salt and pepper

Instructions:
Leaving stem intact, quarter each pepper lengthwise
Remove seeds and membrane
Brush both sides with oil and arrange on baking sheet
Place a slice of garlic and anchovy in each pepper quarter
Salt and pepper to taste
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until tender and slightly browned on edges

Ingredients:

1 jar mild or hot Peppadews
Softer cheese

Although these gems are unbelievably tasty by themselves, try stuffing them with Stilton, goat or cream cheese. Go a little wild and fill them with garlic mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:
Use a combination of EuroPantry's Lavender Honey and a dolce blue for a sweeter taste.

A combination of our Truffle Honey and fresh, soft goat cheese gives a wonderful savory flavor.

Instructions:
Let cheese warm to room temperature for optimal flavor. Gently spread cheese on unflavored cracker. Drizzle generously with honey. Arrange on serving platter and enjoy!
