Parmigiano ReggianoA D.O.C. cow's milk cheese produced in the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena and parts of Bologna & Mantua . Our Reggiano is always top quality and aged between 22-26 months. By law it must be aged minimum 14 months but it is best eaten betw een the ages of 18 - 24 months.
